Words of support from US Senator Thomas R. Carper, and a ribbon cutting by the Chamber of Commerce marked the Foundation’s official launch of its Center for Community Service. St. Joseph’s is proud to announce that we are now hosting programs and organizations that serve the local community. It is our mission to meet the most critical needs of the Smyrna-Clayton area, and WE NEED YOU!

The charter school has since moved to a new campus next to the property, opening up 50,000 sq. ft. of space for youth programs, senior services, recreation, education and more, as well as need-fulfilling commercial entities. St Joseph’s has been diligently working to bring in new organizations to the beautiful campus in Clayton.

Space is still available! Well below market rates and all-inclusive packages make this site the most attractive venue for prospective tenants to offer community service programs of all shapes and sizes, as well as commercial entities which fill a need in the Smyrna-Clayton area.
